I live in the Pacific Northwest. I finally worked up the nerve to quit smoking on August 1st, 2007. I went over 8 months and then started smoking again around April 8th. MY NEW QUIT DATE IS AUGUST 1, 2008.

was on friday. i was around a bunch of smoke today and wasnt even tempted. i wont smoke again :)
