I live in the Pacific Northwest. I finally worked up the nerve to quit smoking on August 1st, 2007. I went over 8 months and then started smoking again around April 8th. MY NEW QUIT DATE IS AUGUST 1, 2008.

off the wagon
well, i am officially off the wagon. Smoking about a half a pack a day again. Guess its time to start a new quit date. Hmm..... to be continued !
